Ted’s Sterling Magic English Penny Scotch and Soda. The trick that pays for itself! One of the most used coin sets by amateurs and professional magicians. This is a truly spell binding bit of magic suitable for magicians of all skill levels. Two coins are shown. A copper coin and a silver coin. Both coins are placed into the hands of a spectator. You say the magic words and suddenly, the spectator has only one coin. The other has jumped into your pocket! All pieces can be examined after the trick. Your set includes four distinct parts: a half dollar shell, an insert (with a tail half dollar on one side and an English Penny on the other), a regular English Penny and a bang ring. The Penny is a real coin that has been removed from circulation. When you first open the package, you will see three parts: A half dollar, the English Penny and a bang ring. To expose the insert, follow the instructions provided to separate the shell and insert using the bang ring. The insert is made to lock in place so that the half dollar will look like a regular coin and can be handled by the spectators without detection. Many effects involve nesting the half dollar shell and insert together, causing the penny to vanish. Be sure to squeeze the gimmicked shell/insert before handing it to a spectator for examination. This will ensure a tight fit and prevent them from discovering the secret.
